I purchased this item when we moved my sons Xbox from the upstairs to the basement. I was a little concerned that it would not find my router from 2 floors away. Plugged it in, it worked, no drama. Exactly as it should work according to the directions. Since, it has never lost connection, regardless of weather conditions.

Only two minor complains. 1 is the fact that the USB is too long. You can visible see it if your Xbox is in vertical position which can be a bit annnoying. 2 is the fact that the antennas are really fragile. You should be very carefull with this adapter and don't move the antennas a lot.
